Proficure is a patient navigation organisation based in Turkey. We provide complete medical and administrative support to individuals and families considering medical treatment in Turkey.

How we support You
Our role is to walk you through every stage of the process, calmly and clearly. We help you find the right doctor and accredited hospital, secure fast appointments, and arrange consultations (online or in person) so you never feel rushed or lost. We make sure you understand your treatment options, how it works, and what recovery looks like.
Beyond medicine, we handle the practical side too, accommodation, local transport, professional translation, and the everyday concerns that can pile up.
We don’t provide medical advice. Instead, we give you clear options, explain them simply and leave the decisions where it belong: with you.
Post Treatment Care
We understand that your journey doesn’t finish the day you receive treatment. It continues long after you return home. That’s why we advocate for you and make sure that every doctor includes a personalised post-treatment care plan into your medical treatment.
If you go home, we coordinate with your doctor in Turkey so you can do follow-up tests locally and stay on track. If you prefer to stay in Turkey for a while, we help you organise extended recovery, check-ups and any additional support you need.
